This company advertised they were accredited by the BBB. They have photos of work and state they have certified chimney pros. The work done on the home was damaging, unsafe and parts not meant for a chimney. It was clearly a scam and the person did not know how to do the work. When we call customer service we get placed on hold. We are told nobody has info on a supervisor we will have to wait for a call back and never hear back.

They claim to be licensed and certified chimney company. They have no real company and heavely over charge you. Their website is fake.

I was charged 1250 for chimney cleaning and repair, One of the chimneys was not cleaned and was left dismantled leaving me with smoke coming into my house. I have attempted to call this company 5 times and mace a report to FTC for fraud, I am being told someone will contact me but never has. Additionally the tech from this company forced me to cash 'tip' him; threatening to follow me to my bank.
