The company has a money back guarantee on their website and a 30 day return policy too. I contacted them and was given the run around by someone who barely spoke English and was from Asia (the email had Chinese characters or something similar in it).
I looked closer at the website AFTER the purchase and saw the “about us” section makes no sense and was a red flag for being a scam from somewhere in Asia when the write up said they were in London.... a blatant lie.
They keep changing the email address to contact them and ghost you when you complain and ask for a refund.
The photo of the product vs. the product I received is below. I expected beautiful stained glass material (or any sort of material sun could come through), but instead I received a piece of flimsy metal painted with enamel that was hideous.
