Type of a scam Phishing
Replied to survey and clicked to pay shipping.
Company shipped item and now their Marketing company states it was membership and evaluation of Collagen product.
Marketing material I received looks to be TAMPERED or ALTERED, states I order (1) bottle of VR Shinecon 3D Video Headset.
The virtual reality item is not even in the marketing material.
They claim when you click on their terms and conditions you enroll, the only thing I click on was the $*** shipping.
They also claim the product is sent on evaluation, however they do not include an evaluation form in the shipment.
I notify vendor I did not order that it was suppose to be a free item for taking online survey, requested RMA# and call tag
to ship back.
Contacted my Credit card Company and disputed the charge and they charged back the cost billed.
However, the vendor sent Marketing material and the credit card company rebelled.
I have called again, and they state the account is BLACKLISTED and they can not do anything on it.
THE PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. THIS IS A SCAM.
