I placed an order for two dozen patches, and was contacted by Don Brown (email [email protected]) for further order info about color, etc. Payment was made via PayPal on March 14, 2023; I received an e-mail on 14 March saying the order was updated to "shipped", and on March 29th got an email from the US Postal Service saying "a shipping label has been prepared" and giving a tracking number. On April 9th, the OMLpatches web site sent me an invitation to review the purchase!

The USPS shows the item as

Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item

In the last month or so, I've tried to contact them via their Facebook page, their web page "customer help" link, and via e-mail to Don Brown and to the company. I have also left a message at their telephone number. No responses have been received from these multiple attempts.

Seller creates a shipping label and tracking number but never ships. Will respond to inquires only to say that you will receive in a few days. I never received my order. I later found other reviews on the internet where people had the same experience. I was able to recover my payment via Paypal.

I placed an online order for two patches. The USPS tracking number showed as being created and that is how it remained for over a month. A representative named Don Brown responds to my emails saying that the order has shipped and that the USPS has been having trouble with their tracking system. All a farce. I asked for a refund to no avail. Afterwards, I seen online that many, many other people have had the exact same problem as me.

THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
