Service was to transfer timeshare. Fee charged by Omni Ellis to do so. After I paid the fee they were to relieve me of my timeshare contract within 18 months. If they were unable to do so the contract stated the full amount of my fee would be returned to me. After they received my fee they stopped returning my phone calls. Would not respond to emails, texts or written letters. It is far beyond the 18 month term they set to accomplish what the contract stated. They kept my fee and provided zero service. Tell me how a business should be allowed to get away with this. Very sad. Omni Ellis stated they are not taking any new clients. This I have in writing. Buyer beware if you come in contact with them for any reason.

This is a scam. Omni Ellis reached out to my parents to help them get out of their timeshare. After the money was received, they've been unreachable.

Omni Ellis is a complete scam! I paid quite a lot of money to legally get me out of my timeshare. Initially, they seemed like they were helping. They gave me the steps to send certified letters to the company and when their was no response from the timeshare, we went on to second steps. Once all the mailing was done, I heard nothing. I have called and called, emailed and emailed. No response. I haven't heard from them in over a year. Their website looks legit but there is no one there. Be warned!
