I was purchasing shoes and looked up On Cloud via Google. The first things that pops up are "ads" and I usually avoid them. Some how, from my phone, I accidently clicked the ad. I purchased shoes $80, then when I received my confirmation email, it looked shady. I immediately looked to contact the business because I was a little eerie and wanted to cancel my order. Despite what the website offers, there is no "chat" option and no way to contact. When I replied to the confirmation email, the address was undeliverable. And when I found another address to email, I received an automated response that did not answer my question. They did understand enough to cancel my order and they did cancel it, but I never received my refund.
