I am attaching this article (http://mascola.com/insights/shady-public-tv-offer/) plus the attached SEO review of the page/company in question for traffic metrics. I wish I could provide their offer letter that promises:
1) a 5-6 min HD video that will be made for the prospect's website, and be shared via commercial television airings to 84 million homes (for one min) on educational networks
2) airing the show 400 times in one year on the "top 100 designated market areas" during peak and prime time, on CNBC, CNN, The learning Channel, and Family TV
3) An email campaign to our narrow audience up to 1 million emails form their "OnDemand database"
4) the short term documentary hosted by Rob Lowe (star from Parks & Rec) a personal favorite will air in all 50 states for one year and reach an estimated 60 million homes.
THE PROBLEM IS:
1) When TV shows ask for people to join their shows, they seldom ask for nearly $**K in payments. The show makes money off the content and eyeballs viewing
2) From the link above (http://mascola.com/insights/shady-public-tv-offer/) it seems they distort their words and while they make some content, it is only good enough to go on your own website and if it airs does not air on the tv shows they promise and pledge it will. Thus - virtually useless material for the money spent.
3) They seem to target healthcare professionals and fleece them. NOT COOL, our medical professionals work hard and risk a ton to bring us advances.
4) As you can see in the attached, pulled from this website (http://www.webworthtraffic.com/ondemandptv.com) for what its worth. Their traffic and domain authority is DISMALLY low for an outlet that touts such big names and results. I can make a website tomorrow and have more traffic by the end of the month than this website. And they say it is reaching 60 MILLION HOUSEHOLDS???
5) Similar to #4 above. For Social media presence, their facebook has only 50 people following it and 44 likes (https://www.facebook.com/OnDemandRL) and their twitter (@OnDemandRobLowe) -joined April 2018 - so like 2 months for all that fake content - has only 190 followers (https://twitter.com/OnDemandRobLowe/) with an Instagram of 575 followers (https://www.instagram.com/ondemandrl/) DOES NOT seem like a place that has any real clout.
All in all - they might be taking cuts of Actor Rob Lowe saying some things, slapping it at the beginning and end of some random content and then selling this crap to entrepreneurs desperate to get media attention. If so, it's despicable. Please review! I do not wish to harm the organization if it is legitimate and "just starting off" (again, seems like they opened in April 2018). But I also tweeted at Actor Rob Lowe and while I doubt he will see or respond I felt it necessary to at least raise the alarm for an investigation.
They wanted considerable funds - nearly $**K and this scam would break a small entrepreneur and I can not in good conscience let that happen.
