I met this transport company to ship a new trailer purchased at Trailer Solutions in Fitzgerald GA. I met the shipper on Shiply who suggested I contact them directly as the timing of the delivery was very specific to my move out date in California. I paid a deposit for $495 through Zelle/Chase and another $250 and $100 via CashApp as the date of pick up came. The driver never showed and the company has since ghosted me and will not respond to emails, calls, or texts for a refund. This company basically lives online with brokers and drivers all over the US. Why they would leave me in a lurch I don't understand as I then had to hire another local driver at a much higher expense last minute. I've asked the company for a refund and never heard back.
