Found an offer for ArcticAir Personal Air Conditioner online and decided to order 2 of them.

I received a fake invoice #15550 on 07/27/2018 for 2 ARCTICAIR™ PERSONAL AIR CONDITIONER × 2 with total of $22.78 USD.

In my credit card appears a charge as MAJORICA.COM SEVILLA ES on 7/29/2018 for $22.78

There is another transaction for FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEE of $0.23 on the same day

The order never arrived. I send 3 email requests for information and the refund of my purchase but didn't received any response.

Same experience as last person ordered fetal doppler 2 months ago said it was free shipping would take 4 weeks nothing came no confrimation email no customer service fo talk to SCAM

I ordered merchandise from this website. right afterward I realized it was a scam due to the only way of contacting this company is through 3 different emails and by searching on scam advisor to see if this was a good honest website.. I emailed all 3 email addresses provided not even 5 minutes after ordering to tell them to cancel my order and refund my money. I have yet to get any kind of response. I called my bank and explained to them what happened also. This website is fraudulent. I searched and found many many many other people have had this same experience ordering from this website. They take your money and you never receive the product you ordered or any kind of follow up. Please shut this website down.

On July I ordered 3 Artic Air personal coolers for $33.00, along with a welcome letter which came from Spotify, and a invoice that looked fake, the letter said the orders would shipped and a tracking number sent, nothin ever came, I tried to cancel through emails but never got a response. Also discovered that their was 7 transactions for $33.00 instead of only one. which would make this $231.00. The bank caught it and did reversals on all the transactions but one.. They have no tracking, no phone or address listed. It is a scam website

Ontrendspower seems legit, but everything on their site is the same price regardless of what it is. This looks kind of fishy to me. I purchased an apple watch band from them and I never recieved a shipping email or anything. It has been five weeks since the purchase so I’m quite certain that I was scammed.
