I applied on a job boards listing and was later contacted to set up an interview with a Riley Sparks through Signal app. The entire conversation was done through chat and not once was video call offered or done throughout the process. I was later told that a hiring manager would conduct a background check in me and review the interview and email me papers later. I was informed that I was chosen and that expenses would be zero and that they would send me equipment and set up a fully remote job at my home. Very similar to the experience shown here.
