My Mom made the mistake of ordering a pair of On Cloud sneakers from this counterfeit website that uses the images and branding of the actual On brand to make it look like it's legitimate, but when you look closely at the website address, it's clearly a scam. The name of the shoes are the "On Cloud", this website is "oncloouds.com". They took my Mom's money via Paypal for the pair of sneakers, it's been 45 days and she's received no communication about the order, there is no readily available contact information, except for an email addressed buried deep in the website, and when I've reached out to the email address they give me no answers, they only tell me to keep waiting and their responses are in broken, almost unintelligible English. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and a refund to be issued, but they refuse. We will now start trying to dispute the charge with PayPal or the credit card company. I hope this site can be shut down so this doesn't happen to more people.
