I did a google search for on cloud shoes. I was unaware that I was at an illegitimate website (oncloudofficiial.com). At the time of placing order, I did not notice the two i's in the url for the word, official.

I placed an order for 2 pairs of oncloud athletic shoes size 7.5. I had them shipped to my mom's house for her birthday I went on about my day.

Once I received usps tracking information, I was able to track the package shipment. It was supposedly delivered on 7/20 at 12:28pm and left on her porch. Mom did not get the package. We checked security footage for the entire day...no package was delivered.

This is when things took a turn in my mind. When I looked at my receipt it doesn't show that I ordered shoes. I disputed the charge with Paypal on 7/23. They immediately closed the case once the seller provided USPS proof of delivery. I contacted the seller on 7/24 especially after noting the seller insured the package. S/he did not reply. On the sane day, I opened a case with USPS. I have not heard back from them either. I opened a dispute with Capital One on 7/25. The case is pending.

I also noticed the Herbalife branding on the receipt.

I contacted the seller using the email address.
