I ordered a pair of shoes from on.com. I never received my order. The company never provided me with a tracking number. The company said FedEx delivered the package on September 24, 2024 but the company can’t provide tracking information. The only contact is through email

I placed an order via this companies website, they told me that my order was being prepared and would ship as soon as possible, after 4 weeks they cancelled it as I continued to ask what was the status of the order. They took my money, held it for 4 weeks of payment and had no intention of shipping the product. They continue to solicite and sale the same items I place an order for. They have not refunded my money.
