I saw this web site had Minnesota vikings sheep's jacket and being a vikings fan, I purchase the jacket for 90 dollars. Gotten an email, order confirm and on order number. About three weeks later I sent an email, on-demand replied saying there were busy filling back orders. Couple more weeks past by and no tracking number or order being shipped. I sent another email and no response, I found out that the web site has been shut down.

Scammer has website that offers team apparel, paintings, sneakers, under garments, etc for discounted price. You will place your purchase, only never receive your product. When you reach out to them for the tracking number after waiting weeks, they will say “

Dear Valued Customer,

Thanks for your e-mail and we sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

Regarding the status of your order, please be assured that we are working overtime to process the fulfillment and we are using all our resources to make this happen. Kindly wait for the tracking number to be sent to your designated email address. We appreciate your business and your continued patience.

You will keep receiving similar messages to this one. They will have never sent you a tracking number and you will never receive your product. I have been waiting since December 4, 2017. Today is February 16, 2018 I have not my item or received a refund.

I have also contacted Shopify.com, they know about my issue and issues of the other customers this has happened to. They have yet to take action regarding OnDemandgear store account.
