Owner of business advertised a product in a Facebook group. I expressed interest and gave my email address to receive an invoice. Invoice was received and paid before I was made aware that this person has stolen money before by not fulfilling orders that were placed with her business. I reached out to the owner, expressing my concerns. She promised to send the product by a certain date or she would refund my money. When the date was reached she would not respond to requests to refund my money.
