They keep calling me from many different phone numbers and states. Every call seems to be a different state and phone number. They claim to represent a company by the name of Elite Wire. I have never heard of Elite Wire and they tell me Elite Wire represents a payday loan company. Each time they call there is also a different balance. They won't tell me what payday loan companies are in question. They also refuse to email me any type of documents in regards to this matter which tells me they are probably a scam. They are right to the point about trying to collect funds and giving threats like court case(s), place of work, garnishment, etc.

On 4/7/2021 my mother recurve a phone call from this company saying that if I don't contact them with in 24 hours that they are going to contact my employment and prosecute me for whatever they are saying I did.. the message gave me a docket number that doesn't exist.

They are DATA MINING AND FISHING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION AS WELL AS HARASSING FAMILY MEMBERS

Me and my spouse have received numerous calls from this company. They're all the same format So-and-so is contacting us about a summons for a docket number that doesn't exist and that PERSON-X will be served in person at home or at their business and needs to contact the company.

UPON contacting them they claimed the calls are in reference again to a docket number that doesn't exist for a company that also after much digging hasn't existed since 2019. There is no holding company representing the company or anyone to contact so for certain ONE RELIANCE IS DATA MINING AND FISHING FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

They claim they will never contact mine or my spouses number again and that the issue has been forwarded to their client.

They are using scare tactics to get people to verify who they are in order to connect phone numbers etc together for other companies. Your information will be sold by them for profit and the harassment/scare tactic is to get you emotional to release more information.

P.S. I ALREADY KNOW THE RESPONSE WILL BE COPIED AND PASTED LIKE THE 39 OTHER COMPLAINTS I READ WERE. I DONT ACCEPT THE RESOLUTION AND WILL BE TAKING FURTHER LEGAL ACTION AS ALL PHONE CALLS HAVE BEEN RECORDED

This person claiming to be Megan Stoval called leaving a court docket number for a 70 yo woman on my landline claiming to have served her at work December 5th was going to serve her at her "home" address. I know the person she was calling about, and have durable power of attorney for this person. When I called back the voice message said One Reliance. I tried to explain to the rather rude and snarky woman on the other end of the line that said person has dementia, has only been out of stat prison about 3 years, and does not have the mental faculties to work at all so I don't know who they claimed to have served Dec 5th. When I tried to get her to understand that this person does not work etc she claimed again that she was served, I asked what state she was served in and she told me, my state. I said I would love to know how you served a person who no longer lives in that state and has not for 2 years. She also had my home address as this person's residence and when I requested more information about the "case" she wanted the person's whole SSN to verify I know this person. I have that information being a power of attorney, and other information but I didn't want to hand it over at all. She got even more rude and told me I was wasting her time. I said you can come to my house to "serve" said person but be prepared to have yourself or whoever comes detained till the police arrive to arrest you. She got ugly and cussed me and I decided it was time to hang up.

I’ve never been to a ** **** ***!

That they are going to serve papers at my home and work. Very ugly and threatening!

Had the last 4 # of my SS but not the rest. Have called my home 4 times in the last week!
