I was scammed by One Shop's fake advertisement for James Avery, I used a credit card and the amount was paid, did not receive the items I ordered, but did receive a package with this address - 18208 149th Ave, Spmgfd Gdns, NY 11413 which is fake, the packing slip from a store named Switzerland Jewelry Watch Shop, 293 King's Road, Hong Kong and described the item as a Cartier Ring with a certificate of authenticity. Tried to contact the seller at the number shown on my credit card statement One Shop 647-803-8873. the number said due to technically difficulty it could not be connected, then a French language message started. No recourse from the credit card company because I did use the CCV number to authorize the payment, so I'm stuck with a fake Cartier ring and a gold chain. I followed an ad on social media, facebook, of a sale for James Avery. The scammer utilized photos and logos from the actual online James Avery company to make their false shopping page appear as close to the original as possible. The url does not match the real store page, I did not realize this until after they had already withdrew from my account. I made my purchase on 8/27/21, they withdrew 8/30 and did not issue any sort of email order confirmation or a tracking number. On 9/1 I noticed the withdraw in my statement for the amount saying "One Shop" not James Avery, this alerted me to investigate and come to realize I had been scammed. Notified my bank and made a claim, they had issued a temporary reversal of the funds but as of 9/29 stated that the purchase was authorized and removed the funds from my account. I had received on 9/17 a parcel from the scammer, it contained a few items that resembled James Avery jewelry but can instantly tell the items are fake. Not only was the jewelry fake but none of the items were the correct items I attempted to purchase. I've contacted the seller to return items and request a refund but they have yet to respond. Another victim of the same site shared in their experience the scammer refused to take back the jewelry and tried to offer her 10-20 percent of the total they spent, and also did not receive what she ordered but random items.
