Never shipped or received product or money back

Purchased on November 15 2021 7 items from Heather Ann Marie’s one stop diva shop through a person who was selling for her. I received one item only because it was shipped directed from the company. She has not responded to messages or emails on when I will receive these items or a refund! This is ridiculous that she is scamming people!

I ordered 62 dollars worth of stuff. I was in contact with a friend who would message the owner. She was trying to get my stuff or money but the owner ended up blocking her. My bank will not refund my money. I am now out 62 dollars. And people are without gifts. Do not buy from this shop!

I ordered from Christi. I've been in contact with her and it's hit or miss if I get a response. Christi told me there was a delay and issue and she was in communication with the owner stating I should be getting a refund since items haven't shipped. So many Christmas gifts that now won't be here and still no refund.

I placed an order October 19, 2021 still has not been fulfilled. Alicia McNeil was who I was in contact with about my order she quit responding and then gave me the name of the owner of the company who is Heather Ann Marie. So I contacted her she said she would look into my order and have not heard anything. I have messaged her six times over the last couple weeks and she has not even looked at my messages or reply to them. I think this company is a scam and you should not order from them. I can’t get my money back and I can’t get the boots that I ordered. Now mysteriously their website is down saying they are updating it. They were supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter.

I placed an order on October 29, 2021 I have yet to receive anything or a refund it is now December 7, 2021. I have contacted the owner Heather Ann Marie Halsel an email and through Facebook messenger in a group chat with a bunch of other women who have not received an order or a refund. The owner refuses to give a proper update and she blames everything on everyone else. Attached you can see a few messages that were sent back-and-forth Christi In these messages is Heathers admin who is helping her. You will also see the shipping policy on her website it has been far too long. According to FTC guidelines You are entitled to a refund if it has been over 30 days when your order was placed.

The owner promotes the website as selling authentic brand name merchandise like Nike, Pink, LV, etc when in reality it is knock offs. Some of her shirts pictured on the website have tags with Chinese writing.

I was also an affiliate with this company and am still waiting in my final payment. I have reached out to the owner through numerous avenues to which she has not responded to any.
