This company has been steadily going downhill for about 2 years now. It used to take about a month to get an order from them since Covid started but now when you return something they do not even acknowledge you sent something back. I have emailed at least 5 times, called at least 5 times, and I am out my money.
I have returned another order since then also, and I expect the same run around with the following result... no credit to my account.
Please do not order from them, or you will also be poorer with no resolution to your problem, nobody to get in touch with, and automated replies when you do put it in writing telling you information that has absolutely nothing to do with what you complained about in the first place.
