My husband and I went into One Stop Smoke Shop to shop for a new glass piece. We noticed they had a Strüden Glass gravity hooka piece. They told us all about the piece and the 10 warrenty the company that made the piece offers. We decided to purchase the piece for $450. They boxed the piece up in the original box it came in. Everything looked the way it should have been. We paid for the piece and took it home. A couple days later we went to register the piece and set up the 10 warranty. Nothing was working so we called Stünden Glass and learned that piece we had purchased was fake. So we called One Stop Smoke Shop were they refused to give us a refund or any kind of compensation. I’m afraid we aren’t the first people they have done this too.
