I ordered and paid for a hoodie on nov 27 and still have not received it. I contacted via email several times. Seems like an automated reply with a human name attached. They refer you to tracking which never updates. Now they are telling me their refund policy is 6 hours and i can't get one. They included a link that shows 30 days. Which i am still under. They are flat out refusing my refund and telling me its on its way.
