I ordered something for $49.99 and got a $29.99 pair of crocs. The company refuses to send the correct item. They are offering me a 20% return or I can send them back to China at my expense. Stay clear of them. They are total fraud!

Ordered lightning mcqueen and got some purple crocs.

I ordered something and got the incorrect order. When I went to Crocs to get this problem resolved I was informed that I had purchased from a non-authentic website. I'm currently trying to get my money back. DO NOT TRUST. They also literally have no info on their site other than the website itself. No address, no state, no postal code, no nothing.
