I made a purchase of a human wig through the Vendor One Cut Hair Store(Melodie) on 5/24/2024. The wig was supposed to be delivered on 5/31/2024. The company put the apartment number state City and zip code with no Street address. I never received my product. I've reach out to One Cut Hair Store they basically lied and said they sent it which they never did for weeks ( I have proof) they kept blaming it on the post office which the post office cant send out a package without a Street address. I did go as far as taking this matter to Consumers Affair. I spoke with a representative about the matter. One Cut Hair Store has done this to several of past customers including myself. They do false advertisement as well with the inches of hair,size, manipulating the logistic deliveries &etc. This company needed to be dealt with legally and shut down because you have honest customers who are paying their money to these people to not receive the product they have the nerve to ask for a review. They definitely gives AliExpress and other vendors a bad name. Its hard already for small business owners but when you have crooks like this makes it worse.
