Scam

I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes 12/30/2021 and within minutes tried to cancel bc I felt I was scammed after realizing the site was not the actual Hoka site…no response. Immediately talked with someone thru PayPal trying to cancel. They opened a claim and this merchant had until 1/10/2022 to reply. It shows up as Lydia (w Chinese writing under it) but they provided a USPS tracking/delivered to my porch on Jan 6. The website clearly states they ship w DHS, UPS, FED EX, but not USPS and I’m like almost positive it’s overseas, however my tracking started in Alabama and made its way to me in Southern IL in 4 days. I can send mail 2 towns away and USPS takes that long for local mail. I was scammed out of $66.90 and PayPal can’t do a thing bc of their fake but legit looking tracking. Lesson learned and I hope this person/group of ppl are found and shut down!

Onehokashoes.com is pretending to be selling Hoka One One running shoes when in fact there is no merchandise being sold whatsoever.

When you checkout, there is no order confirmation and shipment confirmation and you will be redirected to make a payment to merchant "Roscid" under the email: [email protected]

I ordered three pairs of running shoes on Dec 31, 2021 thinking this was a genuine Hoka running shoe website. It is not!

It's even worse if you pay through Paypal because this fraudulent merchant will just send a fake tracking number pretending

to send a shipment to who knows where and by automatic default the buyer will lose his/her Paypal claims case.

There's no shipment/tracking info to submit for claims to either Paypal or Paypal Credit because the merchant did not send any confirmations to begin with! Hence making filing your case extraordinarily difficult as there is no paper trail to chase.

If you are lucky to file and reverse the charge with your bank, this is the best way as Paypal doesn't care to be on the side of their customer.

Buyer beware! Onehokashoes.com is a SCAM! No shoes are sent, no products at all. The fake tracking number exploit is a loophole

in the fraud-claims department of Paypal that is a big problem here.
