Type of a scam Online Purchase
So I keep tracking it until it arrives in ******* ********* ******. But then the note said:Notice card left indicating where and when to pick up order. But didn't say where to get the card. So how can I know where and when to pick up the parcel? Then I keep receiving email from Express Courier saying that I need to confirm my address so they can shipped the parcel.
I have contact,so it seems from onenolygifts on messenger. They gave me number to call which they said is an UNI customer's service number 1 800 282 2468 but no one is answering always busy tone. So I message onenonly again and they said to try and call that number again. There's prompt this time and it said Service unavailable in your calling area and gave another number to call which is 1 800 712 9200 but it says the same prompt "Service unavailable in your calling area ".
So what else can I do? I want my money back? I paid $84+Canadian dollar
Do you think I can get my money back? Please help me!
