I was looking online to try to find disinfecting wipes. Normally I'm very careful about ordering from companies I don't know or who aren't vetted first, but I took a chance and placed an order for a container of disinfecting wipes. The order never arrived and despite numerous attempts to get a refund--I had to email them as they don't have a phone number listed-- I kept getting excuses from the company via email to "please be patient," etc. This company has a website, Onepich, but no phone number. They are supposedly based in China but the whole thing appears to be fraudulent and a scam, as despite my numerous demands for a refund, they have yet to refund the charge to my credit card, but instead keep making excuses that it's "one the way." After a month I filed a complaint with my credit card company. I also filed a complaint with the FTC.
