I ordered a product from OnePlus that I then decided to return for something else. OnePlus provided me with a shipping label to use for the return. The return was received at their loading dock and signed for. After weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out to OnePlus support for an update. OnePlus has claimed that they never received the product despite proof that the product was signed for. They refuse to confirm that the returned product was in their possession. They have claimed that they will not refund my money even though they have acknowledged receipt of the product. Future customers should know that their return policies are flawed and to expect not to receive a refund for weeks, if ever.
