First off, I decided to go through the service so they can help me with my classroom because I was overloaded mentally. So I paid them for the first course in February 5, 2024 for $389 and I paid them for the second course February 13 another $389. Everything was perfectly well it was keeping up their end of the bargain and they were doing the work. Until they told me 3 weeks in that my school is up and up their security and I will need to pay $1000 for a VPN. When I said I don’t have that money you told me to pay $200 so I paid $200. After that in the beginning of March I was contacted with hysterical phone calls and text messages about how my school is pressing legal charges against me for using the service and how I need to pay them $1500 for them to get rid of all my records, and to defend me against my school. Because if not, I would be kicked out of school and I would be sued and then have to go face jail time. This caused me to be very distressed and horrible because this is my a couple months before my graduation so I continue to ask him what is going to be used for and then they promised me you sent me an invoice with this money is 100% refundable and will be returned to me after 24 hours to 72 hours. I did that. Afterwards I was told that I need to pay for lawyer fees and a lawyer from their side contacted me saying that I need to pay $600 which I did not have so I ended up paying $400 and this money was not going to be returned, since it was for legal fees. Then I was told how I’m never gonna get any of my money back by one person and then I was transferred over to another person in the company where they said the money will be back to me and that Friday they sent me a screenshot from Zelle of them “returning my money back to me” well, the confirmation number on the bottom and everything but when I called my bank and asked about this payment, they said didn’t exist in the confirmation number never existed as well. I then failed several claims with Zelle and I filed claims with cash app which I did receive $1000 back from cash app. They continued to hammer it into me that I was gonna get in trouble if I don’t continue to pay. After I submitted the claims with cash and everything they were calling and reaching out to me, asking me to drop the dispute, and they will pay me what they owe me, but I refuse to do that, because I do not trust them whatsoever and they’re telling me that they can’t give me a refund now because I have their banking currently under review.
