They have an absolutely fake website.

They have many fake 5-star reviews as well.

They will take your credit card info for a flight, your full names and dates of birth (creating a real identity theft situation). Then they will give you nothing in return. Instead, you receive a very scammy email full of typos and bad grammar in your spam e-mail box.

It will ask you to CALL THEM due to a problem. Then they will tey to iosell you but they will never fix the problem and they will completely screw you over. The scam is perpetual due to their fake 5 star reviews everywhere. I cannot even find them on bbb.org to report them with an F-!!!

Purchased tickets from newark nj to Lisbon portugal for the 4 tickets at a price of $443 each, they sent me emails saying booking was confirmed and payment was pending, about 2 hours later i receive an email stating "I hope this email finds you well . we would like to inform you that your reservation is confirmed but unfortunately we are getting the price difference from airlines end TAP PORTUGAL from EWR- LIS and the price of the tickets are coming now for USD 2698.52 the price difference is coming for 856.73 for 4 tickets." To then i said no thank you i do not want the tickets at that price and gave them a call. I made it all the way up to a supervisor and he told me that the tickets are confirmed and to cancel i would have to pay a $60 fee. For price that i myself never confirmed, they never reached out to me to let me know that there was a price difference of almost $1000. This company is luring in their buyers a ridiculously low price knowing they will not be able to honor those prices and then confirming tickets and when you want to cancel they charge you a cancelation fee.

These people pose as an airline company to change or cancel airline reservations. I needed to change a name on a flight and the only way that i could do it was to upgrade my seats. They made me believe i was speaking to a united airlines representative and i had to upload my ID and give them my debit card information. Bank could not reimburse my money because i had authorized the transaction

My partner had accidentally typed her name wrong when booking an Allegiant airline ticket. The night before, we googled 'allegiant airline name change' and multiple results came with the given number. On the phone, a 'representative' aggressively told us that we were not able to board our flight leaving in a few hours unless we paid them $200 to change her name (remove one letter) in the system. The scammer had looked up our flight number and reservation and had details about our flight, making it seem legitimate. They had taken her name, number, credit card information, and flight details. Once we arrived at the airport, she was stopped at TSA due to her ID scanning with a completely different last name and flight, and they informed us that it was most likely the airline doing. Once we arrived at the gate, the Allegiant Airway agent told us there was no reason we should have paid the $200 and that we should call customer service number which was completely different (and a real Allegiant Airways number). The agent also informed us that her reservation's typo was never fixed, therefore the service was never provided. This representative informed us that there is no record of our payment and that we send an email. Their email response was that we paid via a third-party website that was not affiliated and that there was nothing they could do. The flighttripcharge company is a complete fraud and have been putting fake posts on several forums saying their service applies to every airline.

They claimed to be selling plane tickets at an affordable cost. I bought two adult round trip tickets for $801 and got an email saying "Your Itinerary Confirmed!". I then received a phone call later in the day to say that the seats were no longer confirmed and that the price actually doubled and if I wanted to cancel that I would have to pay $200. So my options were now to pay over $1,600 for tickets that, at this point, I may or may not get or pay them $200 to cancel. I locked my card temporarily but may have to cancel the card completely.

I booked a ticket on the website but my first name did not show up on the ticket after I completed the booking. I tried calling to cancel the reservation and while they were okay with canceling, I had to rebook with them on the phone. They raised the fare by another $400+ and said they had a no cancelation policy with no grace period for such errors and I was only able to get an “e-credit” forwards another full price flight.

After booking airline tickets on travelo1.com I received a phone call from a customer service representative Michael. He said he was calling to confirm the tickets and asked me to confirm names and dates of birth. He then placed me on hold. Michael returned and stated the tickets I had paid for were not available and then attempted to get me to agree to tickets that were 500 dollars more. I stated I did NOT agree and would like my tickets canceled and my money refunded since they could not provide what I agreed to purchase. He became upset and agitated and told me it would be a cancelation fee of 150 dollars per person. I stated I would not be paying any cancelation fee and wanted to speak to a supervisor. He placed me on hold again then return and again tried to get me to purchase other tickets. I insisted on speaking to a supervisor. While on hold this time I went and locked my credit card as it hadnt been charged yet. A supervisor, Sam came on the line and I explained my concerns and that I expected everything to be canceled with no fees. Sam agreed since the tickets were not available I would not be paying any fee. I told him I had locked my card and he assured nothing had been charged and that it would be canceled with no fees or charges. He gave me a reservation number and stated i would get an email cancel confirmation as well.

The next day I checked my email and there was no cancelation confirmation. However there were 6 emails trying to process my booking. So after everything travelo1 was still trying to charge my card. I am lucky I locked it. While writing an email back and CC the better business bureau I actually got another call from this company about my cancelation. I told the CSR Mark that I was very upset at the emails about them trying to process my booking after it was supposedly canceled last night. He asked if I still wanted to cancel as he had other flights for me. I told him I spoke to a supervisor last night and this was supposed to be completed already and I will NOT be using their company ever. He said ok goodbye and hung up.

I am now worried that they have my name and husbands name and dates of birth plus my credit card info. I will be calling my credit card company for next steps. Everyone needs to know not to use travelo1.com ever. Yet this website is listed on all search for flight sites. This needs to be addressed befor more people get scammed out of money

I needed to change a flight with united airlines, which i had tried to change a few days prior, but the customer service rep never actually made the change. out of frustration, I googled "speak to a human beng at United," and a toll-free number came up. I called it, and it was this "Airline Services" company who said they could process the change for a $189.00 fee. I am changing my travel because my father in law died suddenly and i am grieving and in shock. So i gave them my credit card information, my cell number and my email. They sent me an email saying "reply to this to approve the charge and i am confirming that i will not dispute the charge with my credit card company." that was very suspicious so i blocked their email and froze my credit card. I asked if he was a United employee and he said yes. He charged my card for a service he never provided (I called united and my ticket was still not changed). He lied about being a United employee. And now he has my email, my cell, my middle name, my credit card information. I"m very scared that he will steal my identity and commit more fraud. I am grieving my father in law and very scared and upset. Please put them out of business NOW. United is aware that they are posing as United employees. this has to STOP.

Fake United Airlines Customer Service number. The site initially looked real with the United Airlines logo. I missed my flight and called to rebook, they insisted they could only rebook me and needed my mileage plus account password and needed to confirm my security questions. Normally, I would not do this, but I was stressed because I missed my flight and needed to rebook immediately. When they asked for my credit card number, I foolishly gave it to them, that's when I knew I was being scammed. I looked at the URL and noticed it wasn't an official United. I immediately called the real United Airlines and discovered a flight was booked and 27,000 miles stolen from my account. United and Chase were able to rectify this, but it took over two hours on the phone in the airport and a lot of stress. I had to change all my passwords, and security codes, and to be safe I'm locking my credit reports. Very stressful and unnerving.
