Online Auctions selling Boats, Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, Recreational Vehicles. After winning an auction, either thru bidding or hitting “Buy it Now” they generate an order # listing the winning item and amount. A few hours later they email an invoice with the amount due. You must pay in full within 24 hours after purchase and the only form of payment they accept is a bank wire. The payment information they provided for the bank wire transfer is as follows:

After purchasing a 2019 John Deere 350GLC Excavator through an auction on their site, I began to worry this might be a scam. In doing due diligence before paying for the item, this is what I found:
1. I found nothing but rave reviews about the company from various online forums and with many avenues of social media, I felt there would have been at least a few negative comments expressed.
2. The domain envixradvanced.com was just created 06/27/24.
3. The address listed for their company is a section 8 apartment building in Topeka, Kansas.
4. After searching corporation names nationally, I was unable to find Envixrassets, LLC registered in any state.
In the listing for the Excavator, one of the pictures showed the Serial number. I contacted a John Deere dealer and had them run the number to find the last registered owner, Fox Hauling and Construction, ***** ********* ******* ** ********** *******. After contacting them I was informed they are the CURRENT owner, having purchased the item from West Side Tractor Sales, ***** ******** in February of 2024.
I did not lose anything other than pride and time as I didn't send the wire. I merely wanted to make you aware of this Scam to hopefully prevent others from getting scammed.
