I booked an appointment with Pink Aura LLC on April 26. This appointment was for a $90 makeup appointment. I received an appointment confirmation from the booking site itself the same day. However, I reached out asking for confirmation as I never received an address and was ignored. I also asked for my deposit back since it seemed as if I was not receiving the service and was ignored. However, the owner posted on her story minutes after I reached out so I know she received my messages and did not respond.

Breakdown of the situation: USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

1. I Paid the $20 deposit with a debit card, and the location close to my house was agreed upon and set in place.

2. On the actual appointment day, close to the appointment time, they changed the location to another salon 45-60 min away. WTF!!

3. Contacted the company "TrustingCass" Knotless Braiding and got a busy signal several times. Also, I texted numerous times and I was blocked.

4. I realized she debited $250 for services without services rendered.

5. Call the bank to lock the debit card and dispute my $20 plus $250.
