I noticed a charge, taken out of my checking account, via my Debit Card, for $13.95. I Never made this transaction. I don’t know who this company is or how they got my debit Card number. So I Googled their website, and it only says that they are a customer service company, and that if I called their toll free number, they would help me fix any incorrect charges that have appeared on my bank account statement. That sounded sketchy, so I didn’t called their number. Then I checked your website, and many complaints have already been lodged against this company. So I am contacting you now. Thank you in advance.
