I ordered some boots that were advertised as theraputic comfotable orthotic walking boots guaranteed to help with foot pain and seemed to be made with quality materials. When received the boots were cheap plastic not at all like advertised and too small. The site advertised 100% guarantee refund if not satisfied. When I requested return and refund I was told I could receive 30%, then 50% and a final offer of 60% of price. Excluding shipping. If I returned them I would receive whatever they deemed proper. This was not what was advertised. Scam.
