was, they told me to go to www.elitevinreports.com to get a report of the vehicle. I told them I could provide the VIN, and they could
run their own report, but they were adamant that I give them and EVR. Looking at WhoIs for the site, it was recently registered in
October and the domain was only registered for a year. Which makes me believe this is a scam to get used car sellers to pay $40.
