I made the mistake of purchasing tickets to a concert through "online city tickets" for a show that had neither gone on pre-sale or public sale yet.
Meaning the tickets i bought don't exist.
Selling seats before they go on public sale or pre-sale is a fraud, its a scam, and its illegal, and to make matters they don't offer a refund on the fraudulent tickets they sold to me.
