I purchased a package through Vibee for the Kenny Chesney sphere experience in Las Vegas on June 14. I purchased this on the first day. It was available a few weeks later. I got an email saying due to a technical error. If I wanted to keep my reservation, I needed to pay an additional $1344.00. I contacted vibee and was told that either I pay the money or they would cancel the reservation. I feel that vibee is trying to pull a bait and switch because they saw that the package sold out immediately and wanted more money for it why am I responsible for a technical error that they didn’t price a package correctly to ask for an additional $1344 is extortion. I had to end up cancelling my reservation and getting a refund because I could not afford that and I’m truly disappointed that a company would do this. I’ve also seen others on Facebook that had the same experience. How can a company be allowed to come back and ask you for more money when you pay for a package? I also called the Venetian directly. They are the hotel as a part of the package and they said they are starting to get phone calls about the same email, but they can’t do anything about it because everything is handled through vibee.
