The company presented to be a provider credentialing company. We had a meeting on Zoom with the CEO and manager of the company. They promised that I would be able to get contracted as a provider and the payment would be $150 per payer and that I can do monthly installments via Zelle a contracted was signed and I made monthly installments the total of $450. I did not get an update and on process to be credentialled though attempts of

multiple emails. I was told that there were a few people that had the flu, a change in management. I wasn't told what insurance companies that they will work towards or if the process started. My final payment was in February and I am still awaiting an update. I tried to contact again for a refund in July and I did not get any communication back. I just searched for the company on google and there is now now website available. I did find the CEOs linked in account https://www.linkedin.com/in/shannon-erb-904103a5/recent-activity/all/ and another phone number 859-304-4047 which does have her name in the voicemail which I called today. Other than the loss of funds my social security number and business information and login information ate attached to the documents to which they requested I complete obtain starting the process.
