The name of the business is dating to marry (DTM) , he told me about match making where he has two session, a private dating session and a group dating session, I took the private one which cost $600, I paid the money to him in December 30th, and till date the service was not rendered, he claimed he was extremely busy every time I tried to reach out. When I asked for a refund, he told me he will not be giving me a refund.

This is a false claim, and I would like to dispute this review. The Compliant Obianuju Ofordum lied, and I have all the evidence that this was not a scam. She was introduced by someone (Obina 203-[protected]) who got engaged on our platform. She registered and paid $600 and was told before payment that we don't do refunds.

We scheduled her for the weekend for her matchmaking session, and that weekend morning, she started complaining that she was about to start school. I told her she was scheduled for that day already and we don't do refunds. So I called her over the phone to explain, but she wouldn't listen.

All she was saying was she would destroy the business name. So, regardless of her anger, we commenced matching for the scheduled day, but I discovered she had blocked us on her contact(610-[protected]). I reached out to the person who introduced her to the platform, but he couldn't reach her either. Along the line, I got a message from my bank that my account had been deactivated. So, I reached out to the bank to ask why, and the bank told me my account was reported for a scam of $600, so I was asked to fill out a form through my bank, which I have done. Also, I have approved my bank to refund the money to Zelle.

On 02/04/24, She sent a message confirming that she had gotten her money back from Zelle from her message to us that morning. She also confirmed that she has reported on the company on BBB and other platforms as scams. So, I contacted her with another phone number later that night to apologize and reconcile with her. And she agreed to take the review down but till this moment the bad reviews are still online. I have all the evidence that this was not scammed.

She is just not receptive to hearing us out. She also refused to communicate with her friend, who introduced her to the platform because she blocked him too. Please confirm with her to be sure we have reconciled and that she has gotten her money from Zelle. Please see all the attached screenshots. Thank you.
