This is a SCAM! They are not cheap if you need Any Help. Their forms are not specific to all states (Texas is my State). They require you to contact the courts and provide them with the correct forms. I paid $300.00 extra for their VIP service, so I would not have to do anything, and I still had to do foot work for them. They used the excuse that it was a contested divorce and therefore didn’t qualify for them, but their system would not allow for a refund after 30 days. It took longer than that to get to that point in the process. Texas courts said it was still an Uncontested Divorce. They used a method of service that could not be verified and that the courts rejected. It annoyed my spouse and she became unwilling to cooperate and they refused to refund my money! They advertise a 100% guarantee, but don’t honor their guarantee. I spent extended time debating with there rep. Alexis on 2 or 3 occasion; which turned out to be a way of finding out what I knew and to deny my refund or to provide court approved proof of service so I could complete the process myself! They are an Online Scam!
