I needed to renew my Driver's Licenses and went online and found this site thinking it was the DMV official site which it turns out it is a private site. Not knowing this was a scam site I filled out a form to renew my licenses, and went through the process to get my new licenses, only to find out after the transaction was completed that I had purchased some type of booklet about renewing drivers licenses. A charge of $3.99 was put on my debit card. The Indian on the line informed me that I had purchased a booklet that had a $3.99 processing fee and that the booklet would cost me $19.99 additional. I asked to cancel the purchase of the $19.99 and the guy hung up on me. This website should be shut down immediately to prevent others from being scammed!

I googled "How to change my address on my driver's license." This website popped up https://onlinedriverslicenses.org/index.html, I input my information and the email I received I am attaching to this complaint. The email stated I had purchased a brochure for $3.99 and their services for $19.99.

I called the company to tell them I did not want to BUY a brochure, I wanted a NEW DL with my NEW ADDRESS.

They told me they could only credit me the $19.99 and not the $3.99, I told the man that is not acceptable and to forward me to a manager. He refused to forward me to a manager, I kept telling him it was unacceptable and that I was not hanging up until I received a full credit. He finally said he would credit me the $3.99 also. The individual's name was Jevin Michael (which I know is a lie) and his ID # is 1681999 (which I am sure is a lie too).

I will contact the BBB if I do not receive a full refund. They claim it will take 7-10 business days for the credit to show in my account.
