Was winning some money on a game playing under Angel White Slots. She blocked my game, took my money, and did not pay out winings.

So the online gambling website uses Cryto for deposits and withdraws and credit/debit cards for only deposits. I used to play a while back but my Girlfriend asked me to self-exclude myself which I did for a year. I saw the site on a YouTube video and I made the decision to try to play anyway, I used a second account I already had and they allowed me to set my email and everything then they also allowed me to deposit however much money I wanted. After that when I tried to play a couple of games they only allowed me to gamble on one game, keep in mind on this account I had never verified my age. Then I was like this wasn't a great idea I just want to withdraw. The site made me gamble as much as I put in before I could withdraw which is normal and I did then I went to withdraw and it said I couldn't without verifying my age which I tried to do and was denied since I had done it on my other account. I went to the support and I admitted to making a second account and I was excluded on that account, they then said I violated their TOS which is fair, and would promptly be banned and money "seized." So in summary I excluded myself, made another account to try to play which was dumb, and then they let me deposit with no ID or any verificated besides an email, they kind of did not let me gamble but I was able to gamble, then blocked me from withdrawing and banned my account after they let me put money in. I understand breaking TOS and how that could lead to Seizing someone's money but I did not agree to any TOS by checking any box either when I signed up or deposited money, they did not warn or stop me from putting in money but then after you put in money I was blocked from doing anything with the money, it feels purposeful that they would happen to block 99% of the website if you don't verify your age and the 1% happens to be giving them money and their support team does nothing.

This is a site where you are supposed to be able to play games to earn money by achieving milestones in the game. I was playing a few different games and my account had earned 95.46 I have tried to to withdraw 30 which after their 5% fee brought what I’m supposed to get to 28.50. However the money never went to my bank account after supplying the account and routing numbers to receive. Also I had to provide pictures of my drivers license to confirm my identity to be able to cash out which may have been an information grab for this website looking back at it. At the time it seemed reasonable but now I’m concerned. So that was weird, and I was looking at my account on freecash and it showed a very small amount of money in it. So I checked my pending rewards and they showed as charged back. I contacted support and was told that I must have used a vpn, or tried to repeat the offer, or answered questions wrong, and that the offer providers had deemed my work essentially invalid and had resended the rewards. I’ve done everything off my phone, and haven’t used a vpn nor have I repeated offers and it’s a phone game so I answered no surgery questions. The scam here is peoples time playing these games under the guise of being able to make money. But as soon as you try to cash out they take back the rewards. I don’t get to take back my time wasted playing stupid games with app tracking enabled so they can get data from me playing the game. They used me essentially as a tester for their game, and then took away the payment for the work. It’s unethical and frankly illegal. I would like to see them shut down for it and sued.
