Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
On April 1, 2023, I purchased online a PlayStation Plus Essential 12 months membership subscription for $37.28 at EnderG LLC. I wished to buy a code in order to prolong my membership on my existing, but instead I received login and password for a new account. I did not even think that I was buying an account instead of a code. Immediately I contacted EnderG LLC by email in order to cancel the transaction and to get the refund since I did not and was not going to use the acquired account. But I was explained that “ it has no impact on your main account or any of your games progress or trophies, you can play as how you would play normally or the same as redeeming a code on your own account”. I tried to understand how it works and I found that it is illegal according to PlayStation policy: “ Do not share, buy, sell, rent, sub-licence, trade, or transfer any accounts, account details, or other credentials”. Thus, the transaction with EnderG is illegal. But I was refused the refund.
