Went online as a Hilton Rewards member to book a hotel. Reservation Portal was the first to pop up beside Hilton logo so I clicked on it, thinking I was reserving through the hotel directly. After charge, an extra $65 in fees was charged and the reservation was non-refundable. Night of the reservation, the hotel had to close due to weather and I was unable to reach a human to get the refund. The Hotel says my reservation came to them under Priceline, but Priceline does not identify any reservation number provided. The hotel cannot reimburse me because they said the fraudster hasn’t paid them yet either.

I use this website to book a hotel. They took $355 in August when I got to the hotel in October the hotel told me the hotel had not been paid for even though I had a receipt from this website that I booked the hotel, the hotel then charged my debit card and then also the credit card that I had on file twice so I’ve paid for this room three different times and I want my money back from this scammer

They are a hotel booking website and had a hotel room available at Swissotel in Chicago for Feb 22, 2024. We booked the room since we had a business conference at the Hyatt next door and nothing was currently available there. After booking on Feb 15, 2024 our card was charged immediately for $164.00. The next day we received an email saying we would be receiving a refund in up to 1 hr to 10 days, and an apology. After a couple weeks I reached out to their support email and they told me the refunds are handled by a third party company and they can't control when we'll receive the refund. Still haven't received the refund.

I also checked with Swissotel and there was never a record of us getting a room, or one available.

I believe I was at the hotel website although the hotel says I wasn't. I was offered a room for $1,200 and I clicked purchase and entered my credit card and received an email that I had made a 1758 non-refundable purchase. The real hotel considered the transaction fraud and canceled my reservation. My credit card will not refund the money because CCI hotels says they have no refund policy. Even though I never received a hotel room.
