SCAM! THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE REPORTED AND SHUT DOWN! Purchased a care package for my son to be expedited (paid extra to expedite) for the holidays. Son did not receive package. Reviewed CashApp transaction and reviewed the order from Inmate Care Package link that was texted as a confirmation of the order. The CashApp sent the money to Charles Middleton (cashtag $4ReddMusic), but the website CashApp showed CPay and cash tag as $packs1883. Not sure how the cashtag was different from clicking the CashApp payment button on the website. I assume it might be a situation where they create a new cashtag account or change their name to avoid getting caught? CashApp representative said we could request a refund. We will see if this is granted by "Charles Middleton". I still plan on contacting my bank to see if they could help since it was my debit card that was used for the transaction through CashApp. I also tried to call them multiple times within the past couple of days and left a message to call me back, but I have not heard from anyone. Such a horrible thing to do to a mother who is trying to still care for their son who is incarcerated! Please consider reporting this site and getting them shut down.
