I purchase shocks from david_wayne_parts on InstaGram and he shipped using Coast Ship Express, they requested $500 refundable to deliver package stating a stamp is needed from customs, once I sent $$ they requested $320 more. i have not received my parts #******************* the shipper that is complicit is asking me for the $$ to have my parts delivered.
