I had a few problems in the span of 2 weeks about trying to login and not having access to the videos on the site. During that time I was able to speak with an individual once, the other few times were through email. This particular day I was attempting to log in which my information is saved on the device for easy login but I kept getting an invalid response. After calling and not getting an answer someone text me from the very same number telling me to contact them through email. After calling right back a gentleman answered the phone aggravated. when I began to explain to him my problem he began to cut me off without allowing me to voice my concerns. as he continued being rude while saying sarcastic and disrespectful things I asked for a manager or someone else. he told me he was the only one there and that I would need to send an email to speak with his manager. I told him that I would file a complaint because of the disrespect, his tone and rudeness, towards me. he then cussed me out and told me that never to [censored]3! threaten him and that he will put my social security number and information on the dark website where drug dealers and rapists could have access to it after he continued on being disrespectful I hung up the phone and canceled my debit card.
