Advertised as working with the government for a monthly subsidy. Called the # given. I gave out personal info. The person on phone happily talked about being able to go to doctors at “zero” copay & generic prescriptions at “zero.” She mentioned a $1800 figure in case of “God- forbid” a hospital visit costing thousands of dollars. I asked her to clarify if this was a deductible of $1800. She said no and further said there was “zero” yearly deductible. When I asked her to clarify where/ when the $1800 came into play- she became irritable- raised her voice- and with a condescending voice reiterated, “I already told you there is NO yearly deductible!” At this point, I hung up.
