Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
He said he was interested in the scooter and wanted to know if it would be okay if he sent me a cashier's check overnight. So I told him yes and I got it a few days later but it was for $3,000 more than what he was supposed to pay. So I asked him what the extra money was for and he said that he was going to send a freight company to pick up the product and to give them the extra money for Freight. The next day I took the check to the bank and of course it was a fake. They were hoping I would go ahead and pay the people before the check cleared and I found out it was fake but luckily I caught it beforehand.
