company showed crystal mugs ,all different kinds, we picked 4 and the type of mugs we were liking, all for christmas gifts, took weeks for it to get here and when we opened them up, nothing but cheap plastic mugs with steel inserts, called and wrote to there customer service, and no answers , not really expecting any either, we got scammed, just want others to know and not fall for there bogus advertising!

they show wonderful looking cups and sent you total garbage, should be out of business for sure!
