Ordered ceramic bee cups for the garden. They were advertised as ceramic and specifically said zero plastic. Received 100% plastic product and they are so wrong, they are not useable. Poorly glued together with hot glue. The website guarantees 100% satisfaction or easy and free returns. I have spent months trying to return but just get the run around and they keep telling me they are usable and fine.
